June 4, 2019 AUSTIN, TEXAS — Kaplan Law Firm, LLC filed a wrongful termination and retaliation lawsuit on May 23, 2019 against Georgetown Behavioral Health Institute, LLC (GBHI) and Signature Healthcare Services, LLC.

June 18, 2019 AUSTIN, TEXAS — Kaplan Law Firm, LLC recently filed a sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation lawsuit against St. Edward’s University.

The plaintiff, Dr. Katie Peterson, alleges a Dean at St. Edward’s sexually harassed her and that St. Edward’s failed to take appropriate action against him.  Instead, the University fired her for reporting the harassment.  

Peterson is represented by Austin Kaplan of Kaplan Law Firm.
