Austin Kaplan Weighs in on St. Edward’s University Censure

As the attorney representing Katie Peterson, Austin Kaplan was quoted in a recent Statesman article about St. Edward’s University’s addition to the American Association of University Professors Censure List.

“Austin-based attorney Austin Kaplan, who is representing Peterson, said the lawsuit against the university is a ‘result of the culture at (St. Edward’s) to unfortunately sweep the issues of harassment and retaliation under the rug.’”
